Installations at Home Coverage & Call Out Service Prices

• Your call out Service Prices Includes the first hours labour (not - including parts) 2nd Hrs at £30ph.
• Additional fee of £25 is applicable for any work on roof or chimney or that requires a 2nd Engineer.
• New Installations do not have call out charge (eg) Aerial, Satellite, TV Mount, Telephone packages.
• All Service calls have call out charge (eg) Faults, Repair, cable runs etc unless fixed prices offered.
• Fixed Price no callout charge applies to zones 1, 2, 3 only Please call for price if zone 4 is required
• Currently we are not registered for VAT So there will NOT be a 20% VAT charge added to any cost.
• Payments for works completed can be made in Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Company Invoice.
• Customer Receipts & Guarantees to be signed off by customers on completion of new installations.
• Our Guarantees do not cover issues caused by the elements - Very High Winds or Storm Damage.
