Installations At Home installed a new ADSL Data Cable between my outside BT box and main internal telephone point and provided a BT NTE5 with ADSL Broadband face plate adapter. As a result of this my adsl broadband speed more than doubled. I am now confident I’m getting the very best speed available given my distance from the exchange etc.. Thank you so much – I regard the £70 investment as excellent value for money given the permanent speed improvement I am now enjoying!

I called Installations at home as a friend had recommended them to me. I had just purchased a laptop and broadband package and I had asked them to install it for me and also check our lines for Broadband speed as we were a long way from the exchange. They arrived very promptly on the day and soon had my wireless network up and running but with even better speed after they had fitted the I-plate that they had recommended. What a great device an extra 1 meg miles from the exchange. I also asked them about my TV picture that I was having trouble with. After checking my signal with there equipment they soon had the aerial re-aligned and my picture was great even channel five that we couldn’t get before. Great service very professional and a great price. Will definitely recommend them to others.

After paying a large company £85 for a new aerial which after a few weeks did not solve my problem entirely. I decided to call local company Installations at home to see if they could help with a bad digital picture plus I had seen there site and I really wanted the I-plate that I have heard so much about. They were in the area and came within an hour. They traced the cable from the TV onto the roof and found damaged cable with water in it!. They installed a new digital cable and a digital booster which instantly solved the issue. They also installed my I-plate on my phone line along with a high speed cable that they recommended. Now I have twice the download speed and No more Internet connection problems. They provide a speedy service and were polite and professional and as it says on there website at an affordable price!!. Cheers guys.

After visiting there web site and getting advice from an engineer over the phone at installations at home. I purchase an I-plate from them and they delivered it about 2 days later. It was well packaged and came with instructions. I managed to get in installed ok. At first I saw no change until I powered down my router and rebooted….. Yes they were right it has improved my Internet by nearly 2 meg and made it very stable not dropping out as before, which for me is value for money and worthy of its price. Great speed test too !!
