SMART TV Wireless Configuration & Set-Up Service

Smart TV is the new term for Internet TV's. For many new Smart TV's this means access to a collection of Apps and an App store, Web browser and access to videos and home Network files all rolled into one interface, which needs to be set up and configured with your Broadband Internet Connection.

For your Smart TV to be up and running it has to be able to connect to the internet in some way. Most Smart TV's can plug direct into a router using an ethernet cable. However, if your router is too far away and is wireless ready you could also connect to it using wi-fi. This now comes built into some newer Smart TV's but if your TV doesn’t have it or is to far away from your router for cabling then we provide bespoke solutions using Powerline Networking Adapters that allow a Broadband Internet Connection over mains power direct to the socket where your Smart TV is plugged into, creating a wired or wireless Network Connection capable of streaming 3D & HD Films, Videos, Music and much more.

Our Engineer will perform a Network Connection survey before connecting your Smart TV to your existing network. Your Smart TV will then be connected to your router via a wireless connection, or plugged direct via your modems ethernet cable to establish a Secure Internet Connection. Our Engineer will then proceed to Download, Upgrade and Install all available content of your choice and carry out a final configuration to Test your Smart TV and its Internet services. As soon as your Smart TV has been Configured our Engineer will demonstrate & explain the use of your Smart TV and show you how to navigate around your new system using your new applications with your Smart TV remote control.
